During the critical phase of milk cooling until it reaches +10°C, bacteria growth continues. The shorter this period, the fewer bacteria there will be. Milk cooling tanks come in various capacities ranging from 300 kg to 10 tons, tailored to the producer's needs, compatible with milking system operation. Automatic washing technology ensures uniform contact of sufficient cleaning fluid with every square centimeter of surface area.
AIS 304 quality stainless steel is used. Welded roll-bond evaporator with special laser welding technology is used for the 2mm inner wall. The inner wall consists of 1.5mm sheet thickness. The outer wall consists of 1mm sheet thickness. The refrigeration unit and tank body are mounted on a single chassis. Equipped with a 25 KW 28d/d reducer and associated stainless steel mixer blade. 50mm thickness of hcfc-free water-based high-density polyurethane is used. A single-piece spring-loaded cover system is available. There is a 0-200 cover entry on the cover. Welded areas are 1st laser and argon welded with 1st class smooth polishing. The tanks have adjustable feet. It can operate with 220 volts energy. The automatic mixing program can adjust the mixer operating time within the desired range after the milk reaches the desired set value.
